This website is operated under the Kuyona brand by Stellema Commerce. Throughout these Terms, “Kuyona,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of kuyona.com.
By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
Online Store Terms
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. You may not use our website or products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You must not transmit malware, harmful code or material intended to interfere with the website, Shopify or another customer.
Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, colours, photographs, pricing and availability accurately. Screen settings, lighting and manufacturing variation can cause minor differences in appearance.
The Kuyona Towel is a personal body-care product. Information on this website is provided for general product information and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment issues, stock problems, pricing errors, shipping restrictions or other reasonable operational concerns.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the relevant amount will be refunded.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, contact and shipping information.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Discounts, promotions and bundle pricing may be changed or withdrawn at any time before an order is completed.
Payment is processed through payment providers made available through Shopify. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.
Shipping
Shipping areas, processing times and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy, including the Kuyona 60-Day Smooth Skin Guarantee.
Intellectual Property
The Kuyona name, LiftWeave name, website copy, graphics, photographs, designs, logos and other original content are owned by or licensed to Kuyona. They may not be reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or connected systems
- Copy, scrape or commercially reuse website content without permission
- Submit false information or impersonate another person
- Interfere with the security or normal operation of the website

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party providers for payments, analytics, advertising, customer support, shipping and fulfillment. Their services may be governed by additional terms and privacy practices.
